Sitting in the centre of Hastings Street in a beautiful resort with an elegant shaded pool area is this fabulous modern one bedroom wonderfully presented apartment.

Being on the top floor of this complex allows for the fantastic south aspect views overlooking part of the Noosa river.

The furnishings and modern, tasteful and inviting. A large deck has access from both the family room and bedroom, capturing the essence of the water views . A good size bedroom complete with queen bed positioned so that you can enjoy the beautiful river views whilst laying in bed. A seperate living area which is sumptuous, light and spacious.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped and offers ample space for entertaining. A four seater dining table and private equipped laundry is also available.

Laguna on Hastings is a very modern complex located in central Hastings Street. A distinctly sophisticated cosmopolitan feel with surroundings of subtropics and magnificent terracotta and water feature walkways. Stroll from your apartment directly into Noosa's cafe society. Hastings Street runs parallel to Main Beach at Noosa and is charming tree lined promenade of accommodation, boutiques, fine dining, shops and other services. Like any world class destination, Hastings Street has been developed with environmental considerations in mind - the height limit is just 3 storeys and the street integrates seemlessly into the natural beauty surrounding it.

Shopping on Hastings Street is second to none and not many visitors can resist taking a peek into the many designer boutiques, jewellery shops, kids clothing shops, book shops and myriad of other choices for that perfect gift or well deserved self indulgence.
