Jayne Nancarrow
Position: Property Manager

Jayne Nancarrow has more than 15 years experience in real estate. Relocating from Sydney, she joined our team in 2012 following the sun. Jayne brings a wealth of experience to our team. She is passionate about holiday management, and strives to create a wonderful experience for all her clients and offering them a unique approach and a friendly can-do attitude. In her former life, Jayne held down a number of marketing and public relations roles within the corporate sector before returning to Real Estate. Looking for a change of pace and keen to create a new life for herself, Jayne moved from Balmoral to Noosa in pursuit of the sun and a more relaxed lifestyle. She has been described as warm and friendly with a can do approach to difficult situations. In her spare time Jayne loves to take long walks on the beach, get out on the golf course to improve her handicap and catch up with friends over a nice glass of wine and a barbeque. Rosemary Brett

Rosemary has been a valued member of Richardson & Wrench team since 1996. Rosie started her career with R&W as a personal assistant to Peter Butt and quickly became recognised for her administration skills. Her background was as store manager of Tradelink Noosa. Rosie became more involved with the holiday accommodation business - 'Noosa Resort Management' at the time, and assumed the administration role in 1998. She is now the only original member of staff to still be on board from the early days. Rosie ensures that the day to day running of the company remains smooth and is always putting in her bit answering phones and taking bookings during her already busy day! In the off time Rosie loves listening to music, walking her dog and used to be a netball star until she broke her wrist... twice!Karen Wade

Position: Front Office Manager
Karen is one of the longest standing employees of Richardson & Wrench Noosa Holidays. She started in 2001 as a member of staff in our Front Office reception. Her strong people skills made her perfect for this job as the friendly face that greets our guests. In 2004 she became the Front Office Manager, a position she still holds today. Her intimate knowledge of our properties and strong rapport with many return guests is highly valued. Karen had previously trained and taught as a kindergarten teacher before moving into the hospitality industry. Over 15 years she was the owner manager of motels, pubs and restaurants throughout Australia. In the off time, Karen loves running, swimming and mountain climbing whilst bringing up her two boys and beautiful dog.
