Katie Whitehead
Position: Property Manager
Position: Property Manager
Katie joined Richardson & Wrench Noosa Holidays in April of 2007 as a personal assistant to the then property manager Linda Dalton. Twelve month later and with a fantastic insight in the job - she was offered the position as property manager when Linda left to pursue her own business. Katie now looks after all our holiday accommodation. Katiecame over from the UK where she was property manager for Lampons Residential Letting for 7 years. She has found the transition from permanent rentals around Brighton to the holiday rentals in Noosa very pleasant and is certainly not talking about going home soon. In her off-time, Katie loves fishing and Noosa certainly provides the perfect place for that! Rosemary Brett
Position: Administrator
Position: Administrator
Rosemary has been a valued member of Richardson & Wrench team in 1996. Rosie started her career with R&W as a personal assistant to Peter Butt and quickly became recognised for her administration skills. Her background was as store manager of Tradelink/Bunnings Noosa and was one of only two female store managers in Australia. Rosie became more involved with the holiday accommodation business - 'Noosa Resort Management' at the time, and assumed the administration role in 1998. She is now the only original member of staff to still be on board from the early days. Rosie ensures that the day to day running of the company remains smooth and is always putting in her bit answering phones and taking bookings during her already busy day! In the off time Rosie loves listening to music, walking her dog and used to be a netball star until she broke her wrist... twice!Debbie Harper
Position: Maintenance Manager
Position: Maintenance Manager
Debbie started with Richardson & Wrench in 2003 as a housekeeping manager. Six months later when the maintenance manager's position became available, her ability to deal with difficult situations highlighted her as a good candidate for the job. This is one of the harder jobs in the office with the delicate balancing act between owners/guests and maintenance contractors providing new challenges every day. Many years later and with a doubling of our property portfolio, Debbie has proven she is made of 'the right stuff'. Debbie's background should allude to her skills - her previous position was as marketing manager for Roadshow Entertainment. She now manages hundreds of jobs a week involving similar numbers of contractors. In the off time Debbie loves reading, walking and is a keen movie buff.Karen Wade
Position: Front Office Manager
Position: Front Office Manager
Karen is one of the longest standing employees of Richardson & Wrench Noosa Holidays. She started in 2001 as a cleaner which provided her with intimate knowledge of the holiday properties. Six months later she moved to a position at Front Office reception. Her strong people skills made her perfect for this job as the friendly face that greets our guests. In 2004 she became the Front Office Manager, a position she still holds today. Karen has previously been the owner manager of motels, pubs and restaurants - most recently in Charleton, Victoria. In the off time, Karen loves playing Golf, bringing up her two boys and bush walking.
