Katie has been a part of the Richardson & Wrench Noosa Holidays team since April 2007. With 7 years previous experience as a Property Manager in the UK, this is now Katie’s 11th year in the industry. Having left school to train as a PA, then found herself working up the ladder to land the role with our company. Katie and her partner have found their move from the UK to the Sunshine Coast to be a huge difference – but are loving every minute of it, and have no plans to move from the area. Katie is currently building her second new home construction out at Eumundi and is recently married.Rosemary Brett

Rosemary has been a valued member of Richardson & Wrench team since 1996. Rosie started her career with R&W as a personal assistant to Peter Butt and quickly became recognised for her administration skills. Her background was as store manager of Tradelink Noosa. Rosie became more involved with the holiday accommodation business - 'Noosa Resort Management' at the time, and assumed the administration role in 1998. She is now the only original member of staff to still be on board from the early days. Rosie ensures that the day to day running of the company remains smooth and is always putting in her bit answering phones and taking bookings during her already busy day! In the off time Rosie loves listening to music, walking her dog and used to be a netball star until she broke her wrist... twice!Karen Wade

Karen is one of the longest standing employees of Richardson & Wrench Noosa Holidays. She started in 2001 as a member of staff in our Front Office reception. Her strong people skills made her perfect for this job as the friendly face that greets our guests. In 2004 she became the Front Office Manager, a position she still holds today. Her intimate knowledge of our properties and strong rapport with many return guests is highly valued. Karen had previously trained and taught as a kindergarten teacher before moving into the hospitality industry. Over 15 years she was the owner manager of motels, pubs and restaurants throughout Australia. In the off time, Karen loves running, swimming and mountain climbing whilst bringing up her two boys and beautiful dog.Debbie Ratcliffe

Debbie has been with the R&W team for 4 years . Her background has been in hospitality, marketing and managing resorts in Far North Qld. Originally from New Zealand she moved to Australia in 1986. Relocated from Victoria to Noosa 8 years ago and enjoys living in the Sunshine Beach area. She is a busy Mum of twins and involved with the Noosa Surf Life Saving Club Nippers Association held on Noosa Main Beach. Enjoy beach walking, gardening, camping and swimming. Started with the Company working on reception and now in the administration department dealing with accounts and property maintenance.
