Every Saturday and Wednesday, rain or shine, this small, seemingly quiet little town explodes with life. The Eumundi Market is hands-down the best market in the area, bringing in enough visitors to quadruple the population of the town. Here you will find a nice blend of old and new with the main street being lined with old historical buildings, modern galleries, boutique shops and history museums. This tiny town has it all.
If you are lucky enough to be taking the hinterland coastal drive up through the Glass House Mountains, be sure to take a detour through the Blackall Range scenic drive. This winding road takes you through rich, subtropical country and up into the hills where the views of coast are unrivalled. Visit the quaint town of Maleny, where the alternative vibe and cafes filled with delicious local and organic produce is sure to make you want to stay the night.
