To all of our wonderful & valued guests,
First and foremost, we would like to extend our thoughts and best wishes to those personally affected by the coronavirus outbreak – you are in our hearts and our minds. Furthermore, our greatest appreciation and admiration goes out to the medical practitioners working tirelessly around the clock.
Like most businesses, we are monitoring the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation closely, and we are doing everything we can to ensure the wellbeing of all guests currently staying in our properties, those guests due to arrive, and the team at R&W Noosa Holidays during this time of uncertainty.
We pride ourselves on the care we take of our valued guests, people and local community here in our piece of magical paradise. Our top priority is to remain safe, healthy and be flexible for our guests in these very challenging times.
For those of you with a booking, we want you to know we are committed to delivering and maintaining the highest standard of cleanliness and hygienic practices in all of our properties. Additional preventative measures have been put in place including reinforcing our rigorous cleaning protocols and continuing the use of hospital-grade cleaning products. We have also increased the cleaning regime of our R&W headquarters which includes frequently disinfecting all surfaces, phones, pens, computers and door handles. Additionally, all property keys are sterilised in hospital-grade disinfectant before and after every guest, employee and contractor use.
For those of you who cannot travel due to Government travel bans, we’re flexible and we’re here for you. If you need to change your booking dates, then please reach out to our wonderful Guest Services team via email at . We might not get back to you straight away, but please rest assured that we are working through each individual case one by one and doing everything we can to assist you as quickly as possible. We care about you and you will not be forgotten about! As you can imagine, we are experiencing high call volumes and require all booking changes in writing regardless, so skip the phone queues and send us a friendly email where we have a larger team monitoring the inboxes.
While it is a challenging time for all of us, we are all working to keep our properties safe for you. Please know that our properties are warm, welcoming and homely, Noosa’s restaurants are open for you to enjoy delicious meals and refreshing cocktails, and the sun is shining.
We understand it’s normal to feel stressed in these situations but we encourage you all to think mindfully and extend support and kindness to one another. We are all in this together and we are most certainly here for you.
