Returning home to Noosa after 6 years working in media in Far North Queensland, Sue joins R&W Noosa Holidays, bringing a wealth of business development and management experience to our talented team. A former General Manager of News Corp’s regional newspaper titles, and of various local radio stations, Sue understands the difference between a good and a great business.

As a Noosa resident for more than 20 years, Sue’s knowledge of the Noosa community led to her appointment to Noosa Regional Council’s Economic Sector Board, as a Director of Tourism Noosa, and Commodore of the Noosa Yacht & Rowing Club, among other volunteer NFP directorships. Her understanding of the Noosa economy, our unique property market and broader economic trends ensure we are positioned to continue to advise and lead our clients while managing their significant assets.

Sue’s two Noosa raised children are grown, and now reside in Brisbane, and Sue and the family Golden Retriever, Kevin spend their free time enjoying everything this beautiful piece of paradise has to offer. Sue is thrilled to be working with the wonderful R&W Noosa Holidays team to continue to deliver the high standard of product and service our clients and guests are used to.

Brian Priebe was born in Canada, but has been an Australian resident for 30 years. He is married with 4 grown children.

Brian leads our Property Management division - the wonderful team of reservation, maintenance and housekeeping staff. He has been a Holiday Property Manager in Noosa for years and is very well versed with the Noosa area. He has a passion for this job. He is wonderful at resolving property management concerns – keeping both our guests and owners happy.

Brian is a keen golfer and a member of the Noosa Golf Club. He and his wife like kayaking on the Noosa River. Having moved from overseas to accept engineering roles in Australia, Brian is instantly recognisable by his soft Canadian accent. He is charming and keeps a very calm manner in crises. He is proactive in instituting systems to ensure the smooth running of the largest and busiest holiday rental business in Noosa.

With more than 20 years’ experience in hospitality & holiday letting Chrissy's has an energetic approach to her career as property manager. She is passionate about ensuring our guests choose and enjoy the perfect accommodation to suit their wishes and aiming to delight them at every touch point we have with them. Chrissy also knows how important relationships are in business and that respect for owners and guests is vital. She is a true professional.

Moving to the Sunshine Coast 14 years ago she knew right away this would be her home, she is an avid runner and beach goer. Most weekends she can be exploring new places to run with her fabulous two children or reading a good book if she can find a moment of quiet time.

Combining great product knowledge with exceptional levels of customer service Chrissy aims to have her team provide a wonderful rental experience.

Permanent Property Manager, Louise McGrath is a long term Noosa Local. Having gone to school in Noosa, Louise is Tertiary qualified, holding a diploma in Social Science and is an expert in building strong, professional relationships. She is a real 'hands on people person' and believes in a personable yet professional approach. Louise is goal orientated and brings a wealth of Property Management experience having worked in Noosa in Property Management for more than 12 years.

Integrity, accountability, excellent organisational and communication are some of her greatest values. Having spent her early childhood in Papua New Guinea Louise has developed the ability to interact and liaise on all levels and she has become known for her open friendliness. Louise thrives on personal and professional development and will always be on top of the latest developments in the Noosa Property Market.

Louise loves sport especially in the outdoors, and spends her free time with her two teenage daughters and her dog Sunnie.

Rosemary has been a valued member of Richardson & Wrench team since 1996. Rosie started her career with R&W as a personal assistant to Peter Butt and quickly became recognised for her administration skills. Her background was as store manager of Tradelink Noosa. Rosie became more involved with the holiday accommodation business - 'Noosa Resort Management' at the time, and assumed the administration role in 1998. She is now the only original member of staff to still be on board from the early days.

Rosie ensures that the day to day running of the company remains smooth and is always putting in her bit answering phones and taking bookings during her already busy day! In the off time Rosie loves listening to music, walking her dog and used to be a netball star until she broke her wrist... twice!

Carly is a Sunshine Coast girl through and through, growing up in Peregian Beach and living most of her life here on the Coast. She moved to London as a young girl, travelled through Europe and worked in the hospitality Industry for 2 years. Having been bitten by the travel bug, Carly returned home and studied Beauty Therapy working in salons and cruise ships sailing around the Caribbean and South American coastline.

Carly commenced working here at Richardson & Wrench Noosa Holidays back in 2011 and we just love her to bits. She’s a bright and bubbly girl with loads of personality and is always smiling. She loves the interaction with our guests and owners.

Carly is a mother of 2 beautiful little girls. She works on our Reception 4 days a week. You’ll know her by her smile.

Born and raised on the Central Coast of NSW, sun, sand and surf was a part of my life from an early age, so no surprise that I fell in love with Noosa at first sight and my family and I have called this little piece of paradise home for the past 14 years.

I joined the Richardson & Wrench team as an administrator in early 2015 after having had over 20 years’ experience as a bookkeeper / administrator in a variety of industries including oil and manufacturing, government, building and disability services. Having had this experience in a broad range of industry and a personal interest in property has enabled a smooth transition into this interesting and varied position with R&W.

My number one priority in my role is to maintain the accuracy and integrity of the trust accounting systems and my goal is to provide our unit owners and vendors with a hassle free financial reporting process.

During my time off, I enjoy a love of food, travel and keeping fit and dream of one day buying a holiday home and retiring to the coastline of a traditional town in Italy.

Susan joined the R&W Team in 2013 in the Holiday Accounts division attending mostly to invoicing and account enquiries. She also attends to holiday enquiries and bookings.

Susan’s real estate background began at the age of 19 as a receptionist and progressed over the years to Sales and later to Property Management. Susan lives in Noosa Heads, has 3 grown children and 8 grandchildren. She likes to keep fit with yoga, walking and swimming.

Italian, Australian, Dakota has lived in Noosa since the age of 4 years old. Immediately after graduating from school, Dakota joined the R&W team and began working for Noosa’s most prestigious holiday and real estate agency under the guidance of many influential colleagues. He currently multitasks several roles for the agency including reservations, property inspections and as concierge to some of our fabulous properties. He’s a computer whiz so will often be doing some background work for us too.

When not working or studying at the University of the Sunshine Coast (International Studies), you can find me on Noosa’s main beach patrolling as a lifesaver or educating the next generation in surf awareness and lifesaving. I have a huge passion for the beach and a bigger love of introducing it to the younger kids.

We live in such a wonderful part of the world and it is certainly a blessing to spend countless hours in the world renowned Hastings Street and Noosa Main Beach postcode.

Growing up in country Victoria, Courtney moved to Melbourne to study Public Relations & Primary Education, before heading to Europe backpacking. Upon her return to Australia she sought to escape the cold and moved to beautiful Noosa! She worked for us for some years, mainly as a receptionist but also undertook many roles for us including property inspections and administration.

Courtney and her partner left Noosa where she taught in Far North Queensland. Fortunately for us, she missed Noosa (and us) and returned back here to settle. We are extremely pleased to have Courtney back on the front desk as a Guest Service Agent. She is an intelligent woman with a calm nature and a genuine warm and ready smile to welcome guests. She is a hard worker and brings a lot of bookings into our office because guests love working with her. She has an excellent knowledge of our properties and likes to get the guests into a property which suits their needs perfectly. She is a problem solver and a truly delightful person. Our owners always appreciate having Courtney look after them too.
