We want to remind you of our Terms & Conditions in respect to changing your booking dates.
Please note that all bookings must provide sixty (60) days’ notice of need to alter a reservation date. We have attached clause 3A. of our Terms & Conditions below for your perusal. If you need to change your holiday booking dates due to continued COVID restrictions, please get in contact with us as soon as possible.
It’s important to note that R&W Noosa Holidays reserves the right to move any booking directly affected by COVID-19 without guest approval. For example, if you are from out of state, the Queensland border is closed and you have not altered your booking date to a later date. If R&W Noosa Holidays Terms & Conditions are not adhered to, the booking deposit will be forfeited and the booking will be cancelled.
3A. COVID-19 Circumstances: If you are unable to occupy the Property during your reservation or you need to alter your reservation, because of the closure of State borders or other Government mandated travel restrictions, due to and/or during the COVID-19 pandemic, RWNH will agree to one (only) alteration of your reservation, provided that that alteration is of the same Property, to dates that are not more than 12 months after your original arrival date and the deposit paid by you for your reservation continues to be held by RWNH for that altered reservation generally in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Alternately a credit for same may be issued pending future date confirmation. All bookings made after 15 March 2020 must provide 60 days notice of need to alter reservation under the aforementioned circumstances, and those made prior to that date must provide 30 days' notice.
Note: Guests requesting a booking change under this policy should be aware that due to high volumes of transferring dates, it may take up to fourteen (14) days from the date of request for the change to be processed. We appreciate your patience with our team as we are managing high volumes of transferring dates, affecting our usual response time.
Due to the high volume of bookings being moved to dates within the next twelve (12) months, we have removed our service to offer repeat guests their automatic annual repeat date preference. We will make every attempt to accommodate all booking requests but make no guarantees.
To protect all guests, employees and the wider community, R&W Noosa Holidays is following all Government mandated guidelines and health recommendations and ask you to do the same.
